Social Dinner & Games Night for Seniors: Good Food, Friendly Games, New Friends

Some of the best conversations happen around a dinner table, and some of the best laughs happen over a game board. That's the idea behind SciCook's Social Dinner & Games Night for Seniors, a free evening of food, games, and community for older adults in San Diego.

• Cost: Free. Donations toward the next event are welcome.

What to Expect

We'll share a nutritious dinner prepared by the SciCook team, then settle in for an evening of friendly games and easygoing conversation. Come solo or bring a friend. There's no need to be a game expert, just come ready to enjoy good company.

Why We're Hosting It

Good health is about more than what's on the plate. Staying socially connected matters too, and shared meals are one of the simplest ways to bring people together. This evening is a chance for older adults in our community to meet neighbors, make new friends, and enjoy a meal together.
