Internship & Training Areas
Nutrition, Food Science & Culinary Training
Hands-on experience connecting nutrition science, food preparation, food science, culturally relevant cooking, nutrition education, and research. Opportunities may include recipe and nutrient analysis, food science projects, program evaluation, and other research connected to SciCook’s work.
Community Health & Nonprofit Program Training
Hands-on experience in community health, program development and implementation, community outreach, partnerships, research, data collection, program evaluation, impact analysis, and nonprofit operations.
RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES
Research may be incorporated into internships and training across both areas, including nutrition and food science, community health, nutritional security, program evaluation, and impact research.
